All persons signing must be present in front of me.

All pages of the document must be there, completed, and ready for me to witness your signature.

• Estimated invoices can be sent. I will update at the appointment with the proper amount to include travel, tolls, and parking.
• Payment must be made before the notarization of documents.
• No checks for general notarizations.
