All mobile services delivered will incur a travel charge which is separate from the Texas Notary Fees. In office by appointment only.

- Copy of Notarial Record – $1.00 per page

- *Significant Signatures offers a flat fee for locations within 20 miles of 75050. For locations 20 miles or more, additional fees may apply.
- *If the signer refuses, unable, impaired, disqualified to sign, or no show, no ID, or bad ID, 100% of mobile fee is charged.
- *Travel fee must be paid upfront before notary appointment.
Parking Fees
$1500
- $15 or the actual fee, whichever is less.
- Tolls - $20 (tolls routes are avoided, unless requested).
Document Fees

- Copies: $1.00 page / $1.50 front & back
- Scan document to email: $1.00 page
- Mail / ship / overnight documents: (Call for info. Prices vary based on location.)
