Sessions consist of TRX / Rip Trainer Resistance Training Techniques, Cardiovascular Training, Agility, Aerobic-Anaerobic Exercises, Yoga Movements & Stretches. The SharpeSkills overall wellness approach promotes; Self-awareness, Self-confidence, Life-long Fitness, Nutrition, Healthy Lifestyle.

Retreat

SharpeSkills provides a curated seven day retreat in Jamaica for high school students (10th – 12th grade), college students, educators, administrators, and leadership groups from around the world. This retreat offers a transformative experience that emphasizes wellness, personal growth, community building, environmental stewardship and active engagement in social change. Participants gain the opportunity to develop personally and build strong relationships, all while making a tangible impact on the community in Jamaica.

Special & Sr. Wellness Services

SharpeSkills offers a field program providing rehabilitation fitness for the growing older adult (age +65) and special needs population. Participants aiming to maintain or return to full function following injury or mobility challenges associated with aging and disabilities train to rebuilding muscle strength, endurance, overall flexibility and mobility are guided to achieve these outcomes via:

  • Meditation
  • Breathing Techniques
  • Sand Saunas
  • Yoga
  • Body Weight Exercises
  • Free Sr. Food Program (produce, fruit, *chicken, eggs)
