He has worked on highly complex change projects, including one that spanned over 10 years and involved well over 10,000 employees.  \n\nRick completed initial formal education in change management as part of his graduate work in Human Resource Management at Seattle Pacific University.  He received his change management certification in 1996 from IMA.
