With over three decades of experience, Rick Coffey is a seasoned leader in designing and executing change management strategies that deliver measurable results. His expertise spans restructuring, ERP and HRIS implementations, business transformation, rightsizing, mergers and acquisitions, sourcing strategy, and large-scale process improvements. He has successfully led transformative initiatives—including a 10-year enterprise-wide change effort that touched more than 10,000 employees. Rick holds a graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Seattle Pacific University and earned his change management certification from Implementation Management Associates (IMA) in 1996. He further honed his expertise in complex organizational change through the Columbia Senior Executive Program in 2008.
